The Park Surgery is committed to providing services that are equally accessible to all patients. Attempts have been made to enable access for everyone, including those who may have some disability. If, however, you have a personal problem regarding access, please do not hesitate to inform a member of staff and we will put measures in place to resolve it for you.
Automatic Doors
There are automatic doors installed at the entrance to the surgery.
Disabled Toilet
The Practice has disabled toilet facilities.
Hearing Loop
There is a hearing loop installed at the Surgery for hearing impaired patients. We also have a portable hearing loop that can be used in the Consultation Room. Please let the doctor know if this would be helpful.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance Dogs are welcome to have access to all areas of the Practice.
