Christmas and New Year Closure

The Surgery will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years' Day.

Additional Surgeries

We will be open on Saturday 27th December 2014 and Saturday 3rd January 2015 between 9:00 am and 12:00 midday for urgent appointments.
Please contact us on 01773 531011 to make an appointment.
When the Surgery is closed, please call 111.

Repeat Prescriptions

PATIENTS PLEASE NOTE - THIS LINK WILL DISAPPEAR ON 1 JANUARY 2015.    OUR SYSTEM FOR REPEAT PRESCRIBING IS CHANGING.  TO CONTINUE TO ORDER YOUR MEDICATION ONLINE YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR ONLINE ACCESS BY BRINGING A FORM OF PHOTO ID TO RECEPTION.
