NHS Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), your local NHS organisation responsible for buying health services, has launched a 90-day public consultation on the future of health services in Heanor following the discovery of asbestos at Heanor Memorial Hospital.  The consultation began on Friday 11 July 2014 and will close at 5pm on Friday 8 October 2014.

WE ARE HOLDING A SATURDAY MORNING FLU CLINIC ON;

 

SATURDAY 4TH OCTOBER 2014

 

PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW IF YOU ARE IN ANY

OF THE FOLLOWING GROUPS:

 

• all those aged 65 years or older

• all those aged six months or older in a clinical risk group.

 • chronic respiratory disease

• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• chronic heart disease

• chronic kidney disease

• chronic liver disease

• chronic neurological disease

• diabetes

• immunosuppression, and also

• pregnant women

• people living in long-stay residential care homes or other long-stay care facilities, and carers (you will need to register  with us as a carer before having the vaccine)
