FLU CLINIC APPOINTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE

 

WE ARE HOLDING FLU CLINICS DURING OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER  2014.

 

 

PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW IF YOU ARE IN ANY

OF THE FOLLOWING GROUPS:

 

• all those aged 65 years or older

• all those aged six months or older in a clinical risk group.

 • chronic respiratory disease

• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• chronic heart disease

• chronic kidney disease

• chronic liver disease

• chronic neurological disease

• diabetes

• immunosuppression, and also

• pregnant women

• people living in long-stay residential care homes or other long-stay care facilities, and carers (you will need to register  with us as a carer before having the vaccine)

Patient online access to Summary Care Record

From March 2015 The Park Surgery will be giving patients online access to their summary care record. This will enable you to see information in your health record in respect of medication and allergies.
