Disabled Access

The Park Surgery is committed to providing services that are equally accessible to all patients.  Attempts have been made to enable access for everyone, including those who may have some disability.  If, however, you have a personal problem regarding access, please do not hesitate to inform a member of staff and we will put measures in place to resolve it for you.
